We thank Councilor Bill Linehan for his service to the City of Boston as he retires from his career in public service this week, and wish him luck in all his future endeavors. As he steps down, he has endorsed my opponent in this race.
Respectfully, we think District 2 is ready for representation that represents who we are today, across every neighborhood of the district.
This represents more of the same, cementing Boston in the past. I am proud of my growing, diverse slate of true progressive, forward-thinking endorsers, including Attorney General Maura Healey, Sen. Linda Dorcena-Forry, and Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund of MA. I knock on hundreds of doors every day and people tell me they support the value on which my campaign is founded, putting people first.
There are just days left before the November 7 election, and the choice has never been clearer between what we stand for as candidates: cemented to the past, or a way forward that will fight for the District 2 of TODAY, no matter who you are, where you’re from, who you love, or how long you’ve lived here.
Please step up to stand for a District 2 that truly represents you by joining us THIS WEEKEND as we talk to neighbors about the progressive values of this campaign.
We can’t do this without you, and after November 7, there will be no turning back. We can’t thank you enough.
